Needless to say my motor is making some strange sounds in the upper range of the revs, moreso in second gear than first. But it also makes the same sound but quieter while accelerating at low revs/low throttle. Since both the fuel filter and fuel pump have been recalled I put in a new fuel filter and SF Ford's got a pump on the way and they're gonna put it in for free.

I'm pretty clueless as to what it could be. Never did this or anything like it before about a week or two ago.

Nobody ever heard this before?? My bro thought It might be the tranny cause it only happens at higher speeds and high revs or right when the gear starts out of the lack of torque converter = high load tranny situations.

ehh??

Tony,

Not sure what that is. I'd recommend to take it to a local dealer and have someone ride with you to diagnose the problem.

Goodluck!

May be other heat shields- I haven't listened to the video- I should.

Better yet- If you want I am sure me and Brad could look at it.

I'm up for ANYONE who knows more than me to give it a hear.

I'm workin every waking second this weekend except before 5 on Saturday and just before the meeting on Sunday so I suppose I'll give ya a little hear before/after the meeting.
