Ok, my car doesnt have sway bars at all. Suspension Techniques has a pair of 19mm bars for a very reasonable price. What could the effects of running the same size bars front and rear? Would there be a better alternative? Other than swaping out for integra lower arms and factory front bar?

Would I be better off running the s.t front with an OEM rear bar? or would it be better to run the oem rear with no front?

I have a rear off a teg at home so that would pretty much be a free mod.

Depends on other mods I would think Tony. Spring rates and dampening.

FYI Integra Type R stock sway bars usually run 25 Front and 23 rear... or 24F and 22R stock. If you run the teg rear sway I would suggest using something up front. If anything a stock bar. Those twin 19's may make the car a little tail happy I would think, but wouldn't be a terrible ride. I would suggest doing both.

Your call- I have never ran without a front sway so not sure what to tell you.

well my whole deal is the car understeers pretty bad, If I could get a little rotation out of her in the turns it would be better than it is. Maybe I will just bolt the rear bar on and try it for one race. No harm or that big of a deal.

I would go with the matched set from S.T. On a Civic you have more weight on the front axles so the bar won't be as effective compared to the rear bar (on the lighter end of the car) The same size bar on the rear "should" give you a nice balance.

I wouldn't do just the rear bar as that could be more rear stiffness than you need (as compared to the front) You are trying to get the car to be neutral and predictable, not tail happy.
