For awhile now it's seemed like my alignment was off ( when top of wheel is at 12:00 the car's going to the left a good bit) and when I was switchin the front tires I saw this little beauty.

In comparison to the Left front

I'm not concerned about how the RF thing is all black, that's oil from when I couldn't get the oil-filter off fast enough and it went everywhere, but it's definitely oozing something thick.

Also I can hear a squeak when I go over bumps, though I read that could easily be the bushings...Which I plan to replace over the winter anywho

With the tires off on the RF take a pry bar and old style tire iron and try and move the tie rod end around. You show be able to pivot the arm out the end but not move it up and down or in and out at all. Do not be afraid to use a little force on it. You will not be able to break it and if you do be glad it happen when the car was not moving. Just be careful of the rubber boot on the tie rod end and the CV joint on the axle.

If there is any weird movement then it needs to be replaced and then a wheel alignment done.

I couldn't really move either of them, but then again I didn't really get which way you meant I should be able to move them.

K...I feel insanely stupid now but before I had just been goin by feel on how much torque to use on my wheel nuts and now I've picked up a torque wrench and properly torqued all my tires. And now the alignment is about 50-60% more twards where it should be.

That could be a problem. I suppose there could have been deflection through your studs. There was a tsb for my rx8 long ago where the wheel would hit the brake caliper, mazdas solution was a new spec of 120 ft lbs on each lug. I'm sure my lugs were stretched.
