Well Im bored at work and just thought I would check into a couple things that were brought up this weekend.

The 135i Coupe starts out in NXC with a base point of +7

and the R888 tires are a +7 point hit but with the width of the tires needed on the hatch they would be a +6. Awesome.

Also, I cant find any info for the rear dis brake swap on the civic. Is there a point assesment for this modification if it is off the same model car?

It will have ES bushings and stock rotors and calipers.

We didnt have a new enough rule book on sat to properly class the 135i. We knew it was in question when we did class bartley.

The rear disc conversion on a civic would take the non oem brake caliper points, since it is not a standard part on that model. That is how i took points on my rear disc convertion, even though they are nissan calipers.

I didn't know the 135 would be classed that high in its stock form. Thats crazy.

I would attribute that to Mike's driving. He knows what he is doing.

And we all know....Car>Driver.

Thats my point. He was competetive in the class he was put in. We put him in E and he was right on my butt most of the night Saturday.

I was saying it probably needs to be classed that high for the times he was putting up, and i (incorrectly) assumed he didn't have much experience from him saying traction control really helped his time.
