Budget Wheel Scales - $25 (LeMars)

These are called ruggles scales and work good at getting your corner weights close. They are a little harder to work with then computerized scales but for $25 plus 4 - bathroom scales you can't bet the price.

I have a setup like this but mine have roller bears on the corners to help remove the binding.
