I was looking over the 2009 tech sheet and was wondering about the floor mats and spare/jack being removed. Its not a problem if I have to remove them, but is it required to compete?

The floor mat on the drivers side, does need to be removed. It runs to great of a risk to get caught up in the pedals. As for the spare tire and jack, it is usually taken out anyway for a free wieght reduction, but if secured properly then it usually is not an issue, but recommanded.
