I did a search for you on the star specs, and they only come in 195/55/15 from what I'm seeing. Are you on a 7" wide wheel?

They're $86 a piece on discounttiredirect.com and $88 on tirerack.com. But that width is going to limit your grip...might be better off with a different tire.

Hmm ok than I guess I will stick with the Azenis, cause I can get em a bit wider.

I'm sure the Azenis are more than good enough for my car anyway, certainly a major improvement over my normal tires.

And yes my actual wheels are 7 inches wide.

My only concern is that the overall tire diameter of my stock tires is roughly 24 inches and the Azenis would be roughly 23 inches in tire diameter, a 1 inch difference or about 4% difference, I'm not too sure but wouldn't that mess up my speedometer readings?

It will make your speedo off a bit but it will lower your gearing for better acceleration in autox.

What is the factory size and what size are you looking at going to?

If you are going to go with new wheels anyway... don't rule out going to 16" You may find you have some more choices on tires.

You may find it easier and cheaper in the long run to find some "winter wheels" instead of doing the tire swapping two times each year. Some inexpensive wheels to get beat up in the winter, even steelies w/hubcaps would work. A lot of people use their OEM wheels for winter and get some nice wheels for the rest of the year. That's what I do. It's much easier to just do the swap yourself in your garage than tote 4 tires someplace then have to wait and pay for the service. You may want to get some quotes for swapping tires before you finalize your decision. It's usually $10-$15 per wheel. That's a bunch of money a year in tire service fees that you could apply to new wheels.

I have 3 sets of wheels/tires for my Civic.
Spring-Fall = 15x7 with Summer performance tires (Kumho MX) for daily driving and STS AutoX
Winter = factory steelies w/hubcab and snow tires
Competition = ancient MSW 14x6 w/ Victoracers.

Hmm we'll see, I'd have to check and see how cheap I could get a pair of 15x7 alloys because I no longer have my factory wheels. Not sure that I really want to invest any more money, a new pair of wheels (even cheap ones) would put my spending for this month well over 1 grand. Which as a 16 year old that is a lot of money lol

$1000 is a lot of $$ even if you're not 16! That's why I'm still using my MSW wheels... which I bought new in 1985!!

Find a set of stockers. Stock Suby wheels would probably go pretty cheap.

I have an 01 impreza and could fit 225's with an oem diameter on there. However I made some changes and increased caster a LOT (subbies like this.. but be ready to adjust bumpsteer) and camber to around -3. Eventually the tread wore off on my coilover before I could catch it... so be aware of my fitment disaster. You want to stay with 205 if you plan on getting your alignment setup for autox.

Another note, if you drop to a smaller diameter tire don't forget that this is going to change your scrub radius and roll centers. In my case (and your case as well most likely, considering we have basically the same chassis) it narrowed my scrub radius (less driver feel) and made front and rear roll centers way out of relation to each other.. aka skewed the roll axis.

I dropped down to some super tiny diameter v710's and the extra grip barely made up for the screwy dynamics. The lower gearing didn't do much except make my first gear useless.
