I just found the tentative 2009 rule changes for NASA Performance Touring... which was the same as Time Trials and NASA-X in 2008

WOW!!! I guess we will have to see how the autox rules change. This may mean all the weight reduction I have done is free- lol. Considering I am still right above minimum comp weight for my vehicle.

You didn't read the 2008 rules about "alternate weight method" ?
