I like early nov. let me know so I can make sure I am there.. SEMA is early Nov. this year but I will just need to schedule my flights around the banquet.

I called Shenanigans in tea and they still have the room and food available like last year. They are going to call me back to discuss details and dates that are available. Anyone remember about how many people we had last year? 30ish sound about right?

I think 30 people is what i have told them the last 2 years, and it seemed to work out pretty good.

Sat night is what we have done the last two years, and usually works the best.

Saturday would work best for me so I wouldn't have to race over after work on a Friday.

I called shenanigans in tea again today and they still didn't call back. I am done trying to give them business if they don't want it. Let look at another venue. What does everyone think of tailgators in Brandon? They have a similar setup whit a meeting room and a pretty fun bar.

Does anyone have any other recommendations? We want something that has a private meeting room that can serve food and has a decent bar for hanging out in after.
